Monthly invoicing and reporting of service contracts including analysis of productivity by provider and ensuring all work is billed appropriately. 20Responsible for all timekeeping responsibilities. Duties include monitoring time entry records, reviewing hours in KRONOS to ensure compliance with department and institutional policies, process and maintain proper leave records, and report any issues related to time and attendance. Update on-line calendars in Outlook, process clinic cancellations/add on, and notate commitments in provider scheduling system. Work with ICCE director and Lead APP to maximize clinic density.Essential
30Initiates and processes all procurement, dual employment, and check request transactions for the Division in accordance with State Procurement Regulations, MUSC, UMA, and Department policies and procedures. Review and audit source documents for accuracy, allowability, and within budgetary guidelines. Coordinates with other college departments, vendors, and University departments to complete procurement transactions. Serves as the departmental procurement subject matter expert by providing guidance to the departmental employees regarding proper procurement procedures. Responsible for entering monthly transactions in UMS for lab animal charges and IDS fees, uploading all supporting documentation and maintaining records for audit purposes. Job summary: Responsible for processing procurement transactions, timekeeping and reporting, managing attending service commitments, invoicing non-grant related services, and maintaining professional allowance and expenditure accounts.

Under general supervision, the employee will be required to work within defined guidelines and be responsible for exercising professional judgment of work priorities.

Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 5: $32,838.00 - $46,799.00 - $60,760.00 (min - mid - max)

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A high school diploma and three years professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, finance or commercial lending. A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for two years of the required work experience.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred: Must possess knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures; Federal/State laws, rules, and regulations; and MUSC Grants and Contracts Accounting policies and procedures.  Prior MUSC experience is highly desirable. Must have excellent computer and communication skills, with a strong background in finance/accounting.  Experience with Microsoft office software, UMS, MUSC Marketplace, MUSC Works, and Smartstream is desirable.

Must be self-directed, exercise discretion, and effectively communicate with faculty and staff. Must be detail oriented and work well in a team environment. Discretion is necessary in coordinating daily work priorities and workflow. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities and requests within time constraints. Must exhibit good judgment.
