Job Summary/Purpose:  The Concierge reports to the Manager of Guest Services.  Under general supervision, the Concierge covers inpatient and outpatient units and information services areas.  In addition, this role provides a high level of customer services while offering support and quality services to meet the needs of the patients, patient family members, visitors, guest and nursing/clinical team members. In order to achieve optimal patient satisfaction, this position ensures patient comfort and facilitates hotel accommodations, access to Chaplin and community social services for patients, family members and visitors. The Concierge also functions as the liaison between the patients, family members, visitors, guests and the clinical team members within the department.

Minimum Training and Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required. This role requires the ability to work weekends and staggered shifts.
