Job Duties:
15Program coordinator will regularly review study financial records to ensure accurate billing and resources assigned to each study.Essential
15The program coordinator will review patient medical records to identify subjects who qualify for actively enrolling studies. Program coordinator will interview qualifying patients, fully explain details of the research studies, and enroll interested patients.Essential
20Program coordinator will also coordinate the distribution of research materials and will keep accurate records. The applicant will directly interact with site personnel and principal investigators, including those at remote sites participating in multi-site trials or tele-medicine programs, thereby requiring effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Essential
25Duties will include subject recruitment, data entry, routine and complex data, management tracking, and general administrative support for the research team.Essential
25This individual will conduct assessments of study patients per study protocol.Essential

Job summary: Program Coordinator to provide technical and clinical support for research studies investigating lung cancer detection and treatment and critical care outreach programs. Maintains current and long-term follow-up data on all assigned study subjects. Conducts assessments (e.g. measurement of vital signs, spirometry) of study subject per protocol. Coordinates the reporting of adverse events to appropriate entity. As part of research team, attends meetings and coordinates work schedule as required. Assists with IRB or sponsor audits or monitoring visits, as required. Supports other Study Coordinators, as needed.

Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 5: $32,838.00 - $46,799.00 - $60,760.00 (min - mid - max)

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.

Additional Knowledge, Skill and Ability Preferred: Incumbent must have a proven track record of detail-orientation and high level of accuracy. Must be fluent in using computer data management software, such as Microsoft Excel.
