Job Summary/Purpose: Under supervision of the Cancer Registry Program Coordinator performs research, data management and case finding procedures using quantitative and qualitative data to identify all reportable cancer cases. Analyzes and interpret complex information abstracted from patients' charts.

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma and two years work experience as a Statistical and Research Analyst I. A bachelor's degree with mathematics and/or statistics courses may be substituted for the required work experience. Special certification as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) in good standing with the National Cancer Registrars Association credentialing institution required.
