Job summary: The Department of Public Health Sciences at The Medical University of South Carolina is looking to add a program assistant position to assist with conducting tobacco treatment research studies. Incumbent will be responsible for three studies under general direction of program coordinator, and principle investigators. The candidate will conduct all study sessions following established protocols; sets-up and operates various health assessment apparatuses; perform regulatory duties, such as communication with the IRB; maintain petty cash and electronic records perform various clerical and editorial duties; compiles and manages data.

The candidate must have dependable transportation for travel for patient follow ups.


Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 4: $26,988.00 - $38,460.00 - $49,932.00 (min - mid - max)


FLSA: Hourly


Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A high school diploma and two years relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
