Job Summary/Purpose: The System Analyst I position assists in maintaining the enterprise telecommunications system. They also support all other associated systems such as; voice mail, call accounting, call management, 911, and the call recording system. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot complex problems, and in depth programming duties. The position acts as a liaison between MUSC and cellular providers to ensure orders are met, proper plans are selected, and customer services remains at a high level. Also, assists users with training, data transfer from old devices to new devices, email synchronizing is working, and other activities are coordinated.

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma and two years directly related IT experience; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Directly related work experience in the area of employment may be substituted for the required IT experience.
