Job Duties:
10Leadership and Communication: prepares and participates in team meetings, encourages and supports colleagues in completing project work, assists with identifying efficiencies and improving processesEssential
10Study Management and Participant Safety: develops study protocol specific systems and documents including training manuals and standard operating procedures, maintains study compliance with institutional requirements and other policies, determines and allocates resources at a study level, employs safeguards for human subject protection and/or ensures vulnerable population regulations are adhered to and mitigated, proactively identifies potential problems and risks to the participant, study, investigator, research team, and institutionEssential
20Data and Informatics: creates and develops databases, creates data collection forms, and enters data independentlyEssential
25Research Oversight: oversees delivery of nursing services, corrects audit/monitor findings independently, reviews study participant charges to ensure compliance, performs literature reviews under PI or supervisor direction, provides assistance with grant proposals and applicationsEssential
35Research Operations: coordinates the recruitment of subjects; consents and screens research participants for all studies in accordance to research protocol, maintains subject level documentation, independently conducts study visits and may perform complex research assignmentsEssential


Job summary: Work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and/or supervising program coordinator and will administer procedures associated with any/all approved/active Human Subjects protocols. Broadly speaking, the studies focus on the learning and memory processes that underlie human addictive behavior.


Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 5: $32,838.00 - $46,799.00 - $60,760.00 (min - mid - max)


FLSA: Hourly


Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.
