Job Summary/Purpose: The Transplant Compliance Program Coordinator reports to the Transplant Quality Director. The Transplant Compliance Coordinator provides regulatory guidance and/or recommendations to service line staff regarding all MUSC transplant programs. This role assists in the overall management of TIEDI and data reporting.

Minimum Training and Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and a minimum of three years experience in healthcare outcomes or quality required. Master's degree in nursing preferred. An ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse groups and individuals, medical staff and other health care disciplines.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Current South Carolina licensure or licensure in a compact state as a registered nurse required.
