The MUSC Manager of Student Health Services reports to the MUSC Health Director of Student Health Services. The MUSC Manager of Student Health Services works to support the Executive Director of Student Health Services at Clemson in managing the day-to-day clinic operations at Redfern Health Center at Clemson University. The MUSC Manager helps ensure effective operations and proactively assesses and implements appropriate processes to ensure that all facets of clinic management are effectively addressed. The MUSC Manager works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Student Health Services and Clemson physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and to foster the delivery of a quality patient care experience. The MUSC Manager assists the Executive Director with clinical outcomes, fiscal stewardship, staff growth/retention, process improvement, metrics reporting and development and quality of patient care.
