First, under the Trauma Resilience and Recovery Program (TRRP) the employee will work with child and adult patients who require hospitalization after presenting to acute care medical emergency department and trauma center settings for the treatment of traumatic physical injuries, to provide them with education in hospital, complete 30-day post-discharge assessments and, when appropriate, provide referrals to professional services.
