The electrician monitors, maintains, adjusts, and repairs electrical distribution systems owned or leased by the Medical University Hospital Authority in order to ensure safety and reliability of emergency and normal power electrical systems. This role requires a working knowledge of all electrical systems including, but not limited to, Generators, ATS, MCC, Drives, Motors, Distribution Center, and Distribution Panels. The Hollings Cancer Center (HCC) Budget Specialist is a critical position to the Clinical Trials Office (CTO). This position works closely with the CTO clinical operation and regulatory units and other University offices such as the Office of Clinical Research (OCR) and Office of Research Sponsored Programs (ORSP). This person is responsible for pre-award research grant activities (both federal and non-federal) for trials managed within the HCC CTO and oversee the submission and execution of contracts within Cayuse, development and negotiation of study budget, and overall study award maintenance as new study amendments occur.
