This role serves as a resource for clinical issues regarding chart correction for the electronic medical record. This position functions as a liaison with OCIO and clinical areas in problem solving issues involving chart correction in the electronic medical record.

The data coordinator position for the sickle cell program is responsible for data collection, data entry and submission for investigator initation, NIH and industry-sponsored trials. The data coordinator is primarily responsible for data entry for the (SC)2 database as well as for the ongoing clinical trials.
