In order to achieve optimal patient satisfaction, this position ensures patient comfort and facilitates hotel accommodations, access to Chaplin and community social services for patients, family members and visitors. The Concierge also functions as the liaison between the patients, family members, visitors, guests and the clinical team members within the department.

Under limited supervision, the BMT Quality Data Analyst manages and oversees the reporting and analysis of complex clinical data for the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR). This role collaborates with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) and the CIBMTR global scientific community to advance hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) and cellular therapy research. This position interprets and extracts a variety of clinical data used in creating reports and tables for the advancement of HCT research. This data must meet strict reporting standards and deadlines.

The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at MUSC is seeking a board/eligible/certified radiologist with expertise in cardiothoracic imaging for a full-time faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. MUSC Radiology provides an excellent working environment with a total of 38 residents and 15 fellowships. The Thoracic section has a close working relationship and continuous collaboration with outstanding pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and subspecialists in other fields of medicine. The Cardiac Imaging section has also an exceptional relationship with the departments of cardiology and vascular surgery, and performs cardiac MRIs and cardiac CTAs. Interdisciplinary conferences encompass a broad spectrum of comprehensive lung programs, including interstitial lung disease, COPD, lung cancer, lung cancer screening, and general pulmonary pathology. The cardiac imagers also participate in multidisciplinary conferences including multimodality-based case discussions. The department offers state-of-the-art imaging equipment in CT, MR and PET/CT modalities, allowing for cutting-edge research in these imaging procedures. There is ample opportunity for scholarly activity and professional development. MUSC operates a 700-bed medical center, which includes a nationally recognized Children's Hospital, the NCI-designated Hollings Cancer Center, a Level I trauma center, and South Carolina’s only transplant center. The Medical University, College of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking a full-time physician to work at one of its satellite facilities in Orangeburg, SC. The physician would carry a faculty rank based on experience and would have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials, resident education and multidisciplinary patient care. Whereas the primary role is the medical directorship of the satellite location, the physician would be integrated into the overall program at the Medical University of South Carolina. The Hollings Cancer Center of MUSC is a National Cancer Institute designated cancer center. The Department has the most modern equipment and treatment planning software available including the TrueBeam, a GammaKnife, and a Tomotherapy unit. The satellite center is a fully independent center with 2 linear accelerators, a CT simulator and an Eclipse treatment planning system. The Department supports an ACGME accredited residency program for physicians and a CAMPEP accredited residency program for physicists. MUHA EB27 - Clinical Pharmacist Charleston, SC-West Ashley
The clinical pharmacist will be a member of the MUHA Ambulatory Services and Hollings Cancer Center team. We are opening a new facility in December 2019 located at the Citadel Mall, and are looking to expand our team to support this location. This pharmacy will provide services to the Infusion Center and Procedure Rooms/Operating Rooms at this location. Hours have yet to be determined, but will likely range between 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Pharmacists provide distributive and clinical pharmacy services to both MUSCP and MUHA patients at the patient care unit level; addresses the needs of nursing personnel regarding drug disposition and usage; counsels patients and health care professionals by providing general and patient specific drug information; ensures timely and medically appropriate dispensing of medication to patients for assigned units. This pharmacist is a part of a team that will also rotate through our other infusion sites located in downtown Charleston, North Charleston, and Health East.
