The Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer II reports to the Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer Supervisor. Under indirect supervision, the Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer II provides high quality echocardiograms for interpretation and diagnosis by a Pediatric Cardiologist in a professional manner that is consistent with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This role requires independent and efficient performance of clinical Pediatric Echo operations in the hospital and procedural setting, entering full preliminary reports, covering all MUSC Pediatric Echo Lab locations and shifts including call rotation. This role organizes and prioritizes patient exams and contributes to unit teamwork.
MUHA MR09 - STUDENT HEALTH MANAGER, AMBULATORY SERVICES - Clemson University Upstate
The MUSC Manager of Student Health Services reports to the MUSC Health Director of Student Health Services. The MUSC Manager of Student Health Services works to support the Executive Director of Student Health Services at Clemson in managing the day-to-day clinic operations at Redfern Health Center at Clemson University. The MUSC Manager helps ensure effective operations and proactively assesses and implements appropriate processes to ensure that all facets of clinic management are effectively addressed. The MUSC Manager works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Student Health Services and Clemson physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and to foster the delivery of a quality patient care experience. The MUSC Manager assists the Executive Director with clinical outcomes, fiscal stewardship, staff growth/retention, process improvement, metrics reporting and development and quality of patient care.

The Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer II reports to the Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer Supervisor. Under indirect supervision, the Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer II provides high quality echocardiograms for interpretation and diagnosis by a Pediatric Cardiologist in a professional manner that is consistent with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This role requires independent and efficient performance of Pediatric Echo at MUSC Pediatric Lab locations and specialty clinics. This role organizes and prioritizes patient exams and contributes to unit teamwork. This role is for an experienced clinic focused sonographer at all Pediatric Echo Lab locations and does not include procedural work.
MUHA EA23 - RN - Transplant Nurse - Kidney Transplant Main Hospital, Charleston, SC, Charleston, SC-Downtown
The Transplant Nurse reports to the Transplant Programs Manager of the Transplant Center. Under general supervision of the Transplant RN Coordinator II the Transplant Nurse develops and uses advanced clinical management, consultation, education and research to promote quality care for the specific transplant patient populations. This role provides growth in a clinical knowledge through research based practice with peers. This position is responsible for the ongoing training of new staff and keeping up-to-date with the regulatory changes in UNOS and CMS.

The Patient Access Services Representative reports to the Patient Access Services Supervisor. Under general supervision, the Patient Access Services Representative provides high level customer service while facilitating accurate and timely completion of registration verifying and preparing all patient accounts for inpatient and outpatient billing to maximize payment for Hospital and Clinic services. This position reviews and verifies all payment methods available (insurance, self-pay, agency) and patient/insurance information. This role works with patients to set up payment arrangements and to arrange/apply for assistance programs. The Patient Access Services Representative assists in collecting copayments and deductibles, and solves basic billing inquiries.
