Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management Administration Brockport
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Enrollment Management (EM) is a senior level professional who plays a major role in coordinating, implementing and evaluating the College’s strategic recruitment and retention initiatives. Student Success, as measured by retention and graduation rates, will be a primary focus for this position. The Assistant Vice President reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. The candidate is responsible for coordinating and implementing the College’s strategic enrollment plan and provides leadership and administrative support for the following: the Academic Success Center (ASC), which consists of Academic Advisement, Retention (student life-cycle programming including First Year, Second Year and Transfer Year Experience), Disability Services, and Tutoring; and the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Registration and Records. These areas are supervised by Directors who may report to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management. The AVP will work with the Vice Provost on enrollment plans for graduate education and the Academic Success Center.
