  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 + super

 

As Principal Solution Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital solutions that shape the future of NSW, leading teams to achieve outstanding results for our communities.

 

In this role, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of critical ICT work packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll provide clear direction and vision, foster collaboration, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that make a real difference. Your structured approach and customer focus will be essential as you balance competing demands, guide your team, and drive innovation across the Department.

 

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, overcoming challenges and ensuring reliable, customer-centric outcomes for the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.

What you will bring to the role

  • A structured, methodical approach to planning and delivering complex ICT projects in large organisations.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in building and guiding teams, providing clear direction and fostering a shared vision.
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, building trust and sharing information at senior levels.
  • Ability to analyse issues, prepare timely reports, and offer high-quality advice to executive leadership.
  • Experience using  JIRA, Confluence and Resource Guru.
