Administration Officer (6-month Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

 

The incumbent will be assisting for the procurement, fixed assets control system, facilities management projects and performing general office administrative support in related to office maintenance and renovation works and other ad-hoc projects.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • F.7 or relative diploma or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in office administrative support
  • General knowledge in facility management or property management
  • Able to work independently and organized
  • Good sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and beyond normal working hours
  • Conversant in MS Work, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
