Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality customer services including but not limited to handling daily operation of CS center, handling enquiries / complaints / feedback of customers, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above (holding professional insurance qualification such as IIQE, FLMI is definitely an advantage)
  • 3 years working experience in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience
  • Preferably with CS center working experience
  • Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
  • Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
