IT Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  •      Assist the manager for the daily operations in IT Procurement;
  •      Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions, lead time etc;
  •      Follow up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management;
  •      Liaise with different parties in IT procurement activities, i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware, software and services with IT and Business users;
  •      Assist the manager for IT vendor management activities;
  •      Prepare IT procurement-related reports and analysis;


General Requirements:

  •      Degree holder in Information Technology, Procurement, Accounting or related discipline.
  •      Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions. Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position.
  •      Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage;
  •      Familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite will be an advantage;
  •      Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills;
  •      Proactive, Mature & self-confident;
  •      Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work;
  •      Good communication and writing skills (both Chinese & English);
  •      Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input;
