Job Description:

• Provide service management and monitor service quality of outsourcing and insourcing service.
• Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide advice, guidance and due diligence in RFQ, tendering, procurement process.
• Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant.
• Manage and monitor progress of IT projects, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage IT procurement process covering IT hardware, software, and service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• 5 years working experience in project management / procurement management is preferred.
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred.
• A strong background in Procurement and a relevant professional qualification is an advantage
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.
