Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated healthcare management team under a matrix reporting structure
• Investigate and make statistics on the overall health status of employees, discover health problems and health risks, and formulate health management plans
• Responsible for staff clinics, ensure compliance with regulations and medical safe
• Establish and manage the company’s internal health management centers, ensure the smooth operation
• Provide individual health guidance and professional health management knowledge training for employees

Requirements:

• Master degree holder in Medicine, Nutriology, Health Management or related disciplines
• More than 10 years’ medical related experience, with at least 8 years in hospitals or clinics as a medical practitioner, medical administrator or working in related positions, good mastering and working the professional knowledge
• Excellent relation with doctors and medical institutions, able to identify and bring in new healthcare services
• A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills
