Responsibilities:-

- Provide compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) support, assistance and professional advice, familiarize the financial regulatory framework, master the latest BASEL III personal credit requirements, and ensure that the credit approval process complies with local regulations.

- Provide anti-fraud investigation support, assistance and professional advice, familiarize common fraud methods (such as group loan fraud, data tampering), strengthen the second line of defense for credit risk management, and identify fraudulent activities such as forged documents, false income certificates or identity theft.

- Provide customer experience optimization support, assistance and professional advice, support personal finance credit business, balance risk control and customer experience (shorten approval time, improve approval rate), provide user journey analysis and credit process capacity design.

 

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines.

-With 5 years’ work experience in Banking or retail credit Management will be an advantage.

-Great sense of credit risk management or banking operations, including basic theories and principles, etc.

-Make basic judgments on the risk level of routine business, assist mid-level and above professionals in data collation and information collection, and formulate preliminary work plans.

-Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
