Greets and provides directions to Guests / drivers dropping off and picking up throughout Universal Orlando Resort; including Epic Universe, CityWalk Bus Hub, Resort Hotels, Volcano Bay and Special Events.
Provide high level of guest service while properly handling cash/credit transactions and entering key into valet system to ensure quick return of guest vehicles. Provide transportation of the Valet runners to and from the parking area and circle.
Provide a personal vehicle parking and retrieval service for the park guests.
Provides exemplary guest service to guests arriving to the Toll Plaza and provides suggestive and persuasive up selling of parking productions, and all financial responsibilities that accompany. |
