Role Description:

The department of University Student Centers is seeking, responsible, motivated undergraduate students to assist with outreach, trainings, and leadership development for registered student organizations. Primary responsibilities include meeting with RSO’s to evaluate their leadership development needs, observing leadership behaviors in RSO events and meetings, and recommending leadership development workshops and processes to increase the effective leadership capacities of RSO leaders.

Creative Leadership, Innovation and Service is seeking active, engaged students to join the Student Leadership Consultant team to increase effective leadership capacities across the UD campus. These students will work effectively in meeting with registered student organizations, evaluating their leadership development needs, and making recommendations for achieving those needs and goals.  Students will learn key skills in working with others, analyzing and evaluating root causes; making recommendations for future action; facilitation and training skills; following up, assessing, and closing the loop on project management.  Students will gain public speaking skills, communication and outreach skills, marketing and promotion knowledge, and more.
