This position is a Grade: 7 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $39,080 - $46,910 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all recruitment activities within an assigned domestic market, including cultivating strong relationships with prospective students, guidance counselors, alumni, and community-based organizations.
• Execute an extensive fall travel schedule (4-8 weeks) involving high school visits and off-campus interviews.
• Holistically read and evaluate first-year and transfer applications based on institutional values, academic rigor, and diverse curricula (e.g., AP, IB, international systems).
• Meet rigorous daily and weekly reading targets during the peak evaluation cycle.
• Serve as an engaging institutional representative by leading public information sessions for campus visitors.
• Conduct individual student interviews and actively participate in major on-campus events (Open Houses, Admitted Student Days).
• Contribute to key office initiatives related to marketing, communications, diversity recruitment, or alumni engagement as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, Sciences or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-1 year of experience
• Strong written and communication skills, team-oriented, and strong time management skills
