As part of our dynamic team, you'll assist the EES Coordinator and Chair with diverse front office responsibilities. Your day-to-day activities include greeting visitors with genuine warmth, managing mail and deliveries efficiently, coordinating 25Live event approvals, and maintaining our professional office environment. You'll also support alumni communications, order office supplies, oversee our lost and found, and help create memorable experiences through event setup, including our popular coffee hours.

This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 (working 15 hours a week) with an approximate salary range of $9,531-$11,439 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical and receptionist support for the STEPS Building, greeting and assisting visitors during peak hours (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.).
• Maintain and monitor copiers and printers; order paper and general office supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; notify recipients of perishable or valuable deliveries.
• Manage building lost and found and help maintain an organized, professional front office.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for building events, including EES-related activities and 25Live approvals.
• Support the EES Coordinator by maintaining lists of EES majors and minors, and coordinating weekly EES Seminar logistics, including speaker travel, lodging, meals, and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• No prior experience required; Some experience working in an office environment is preferred.
