The Development Assistant works collaboratively with the Director on the research and development of new programs and initiatives including the design of services for faculty in regards to Service and Experiential Learning. The Development assistant will work principally on the development and implementation of new programs. This position will also conduct research on potential programs and develop components under the supervision of the Director. This position will also have responsibilities that ensure the successful implementation of new programs once developed. |

The Finance Administration Assistant will assist Special Olympics in achieving its mission through work with their Administration and Finance Department. The position will assist in tracking and analyzing data and provide support to the department amongst other duties. Through work in sports, health education and community building, Special Olympics is addressing inactivity, injustice, intolerance and social isolation by encouraging and empowering people with intellectual disabilities which leads to a more welcoming and inclusive society. This position will provide employees with an in-depth understanding of the operations of a statewide non-profit connected to a worldwide operation that affects the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
