| The Summer Operations Assistant will report to the Director of Conferences & Events. This position will also work closely with the Associate Vice President of Conferences & Events. This position ensures that each group and/or guest has an enjoyable stay and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
The Summer Operations Assistant will be responsible for answering the main phone, tracking any issues using a project management platform and working with our campus partners to resolve the issues. This position will also be responsible for being on site to assist with group check-ins, handing out key packets and directing guests to their on-campus accommodations. |
