Associate Director, University Advising Pomona
The Associate Director, University Advising will oversee the implementation and assessment of the university-level advising initiatives, the training and coordination of advising efforts and triaging critical support services to students in need. The Associate Director will provide leadership to the Bronco Advising Center, Early Alerts, Undeclared, and E-Advising Technology teams and provide on-going training in partnership with OSSEI leadership, Associate Deans, Enrollment Management Services partners and other campus colleagues, as well as supervise advisors.
Associate Vice President, Faculty Affairs Pomona

Associate Dean for Students and Faculty, College of Science Pomona

Senior Career Advisor Pomona
Under the supervision of the Career Center Director or designee, the Senior Career Advisor will be responsible for collectively implementing a career-readiness model within one of the three colleges, College of Business, College of Agriculture, or The Collins College of Hospitality Management. The Senior Career Advisor will lead the respective College's career team, decentralizing career and professional readiness services to the college and allowing the services to be customized based on their diverse disciplinary needs. The respective College's career team will include all the functional areas necessary to support career and professional readiness including FYE career coaches, college career coaches, employer engagement, internship coordinators, job developers, event coordinators, etc. The Senior Career Advisor will work closely with each college's career team to develop and deliver intentional programs, services, and support. The Senior Career Advisor and career team will work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, administrators, and employers to ensure student career readiness and skill development, internships, career recruitment events, and other key career development opportunities. The Senior Career Advisor will work collectively and collaboratively with the other College Senior Career Advisors to develop innovative approaches and implement new and best practices with the goal of creating a nationally recognized career-readiness program that moves our students on an intentional and exciting path from college to career.
