| The Associate Dean will work closely with the Dean on various responsibilities, including academic programming, staff supervision and development, student success, faculty recruitment, evaluation, and development, as well as accreditation and process improvement, and budget management. The College of Education and Integrative Studies (CEIS) at Cal Poly Pomona is dedicated to empowering students with the knowledge, creativity, and social awareness required to excel as leaders in local and global environments.
