Job Summary:

To provide assistance to the Human Resources staff with daily functions of the office and provide customer service to any visitors.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Set and maintain a weekly work schedule.
2. Customer service.
3. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
4. Time management.
5. Operate a copy machine.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

Essential Duties:

1. Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Answer the telephone.
3. Photocopying & scanning.
4. Light typing and filing.
5. Distribute incoming mail to HR staff.
6. Provide coverage at the HR front desk.

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)
