Job Summary:

Assist in running Spartan to Go Retail Store during hours of operation. May also assist with various events hosted by the Culinary Department.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to lift 40 pounds, bend and twist
Ability to stand for longer periods of time

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Prefer Culinary student with ServSafe Manager Certification.
Cash Handling Skills

Essential Duties:

1. Set up store, packaging, labeling, stocking cooler
2. Customer Service focused in take food orders
3. Run register, cash handling and cash out procedures
4. Oversee sanitation of store
5. May assist with events
6. Break down store, inventory and cleaning

Other Duties:

Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.

Medium (up to 50 lbs. occasionally or 30 lbs frequently or 10 lbs constantly)
