Flexible Monday - Friday Also first 2 Saturdays in August and January

Job Summary:

Assist First Stop staff during peak hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Detail orientated
Basic keyboarding skills
Knowledge of student portal and ability to assist students in portal navigation
Professional and friendly attitude

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

Essential Duties:

1. Greet and direct students and visitors as appropriate
2. Assist students in accessing the portal
3. Typical office duties (file, copy, fax, etc.)
4. Answer phone calls/make outbound calls
5. Put together mailing packages/postcards/letters
6. Give campus tours

Other Duties:

Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)
