Be…	Highly proactive and engaging, capable of chasing information around the business from Engineering requests to Programme & Trackside requirements Meticulous and focussed with great attention to detail, especially regarding parts inspection and data analysis A decisive thinker who’s able to understand Programme requirements quickly and accurately Determined and committed

 

Success in this role will be if you…

• Support and develop the sub systems hardware pass off tests and data review to ensure that there are no failures at track
• Improve efficiency through updating of software tool and process
• Interact closely with Product Engineering, Build and Programme Management to report directly to the Chief Engineer on the condition and suitability of the hardware and PU’s for their allocated usage
• Challenge and assist Product Engineering during failure investigation processes
