Job Description

Provides operational support and assists in the supervision of employees in the large, high volume, centralized bakery servicing a university franchised Dunkin Donuts as well as other Dining Services' facilities. Responsibilities include coordination of food production, supervision, quality control, customer satisfaction, safety and sanitation, and effective maintenance of computerized support system. Assist in delivery, inventories, stock rotation, and receipt of goods, storage, and shipping accountability.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience and knowledge of supervision principles, bakery science, and food service production, large quantity cooking using standard recipes and procedures. Experience operating all general and commercial kitchen equipment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safe food handling practices, and food sanitation. Ability to communicate; work on a team; measure and perform basic math functions; and work quickly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge and experience using computers including Windows 2000/NT, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and automated food inventory systems. ServSafe certification and HACCP certification preferred.
