What You'll Do:

• Proactively participate in structured training, on-site coaching, and practical work experience.
• Support Project Managers and Safety Managers in improving workplace health and safety.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety systems and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, providing actionable feedback.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Stay current with legislation, industry standards, and innovative safety practices.
• Champion a transparent and positive safety culture, leading by example.

About You:

• Passionate and energetic about safety, with a proactive approach to mitigating risks.
• A team player with a positive, collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with intermediate skills in data entry, Microsoft Office, and task organisation.
• A strong communicator, capable of building rapport across all levels of the organisation.
• Holds a Certificate IV in OHS (or similar) and Construction Induction Training (White Card).
• Possesses a valid driver’s licence and is open to travel between sites.
• Construction industry experience and a background in HSEQ are highly regarded.
