Dual Credit Instructor of Teaching and Learning Pathway dual credit courses for the Laurel County Center for Innovation. Dual Credit Instructors are credentialed high school teachers approved by Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) academic departments to teach EKU courses on-site at their high school. These instructors deliver college-level content aligned with EKU curriculum standards, ensuring academic integrity, instructional rigor, and a consistent student experience. Dual Credit Instructors serve as the primary instructor of record and are responsible for delivering the course curriculum in accordance with EKU policies and expectations. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable at the time of application. Official transcripts are required at the time of the position offer and as a condition of employment. Instructors must meet EKU and SACSCOC faculty credential requirements and must be formally approved by the corresponding EKU academic department.
