We’re looking for a Payroll Compliance Lead to join us on a 12-month secondment and champion the implementation of a new payroll compliance tool. In this critical role, you’ll work closely with the vendor and internal stakeholders across payroll and project teams to bring the tool to life—from design and testing through to full integration. - Drive the implementation of Tabcorp’s new payroll compliance tool, including design, testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with Payroll and Project teams to ensure seamless integration
- Run the tool after each payrun and manage end-to-end payroll discrepancy investigations and resolutions
- Identify and implement process and system fixes to address system issues and any payroll issues
- Train and support the Payroll team to embed the tool into BAU operations
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years’ payroll experience with strong knowledge of award and EA interpretation
- Deep understanding of time and attendance systems
- Experience investigating and resolving payroll issues
- Confidence managing large datasets and using Excel to derive insights
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Payroll compliance experience (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with Aurion or Fusion systems (preferred)
What You’ll Get
- A pivotal role shaping Tabcorp’s payroll efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
- Exposure to executive decision-making, regulatory engagement, and strategy
- Supportive team culture and opportunity for professional growth
