Associate Dean, School of Speech-Language Pathology in Calabasas Campus
The School of Speech-Language Pathology at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. The Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology collaborates with the Program Director to administer the program, particularly in coordinating the admissions process with the Dean of Enrollment, ensuring course quality, managing the students' onsite immersive learning experiences, and coordinating with college personnel on student affairs. The successful candidate will have an earned terminal degree (academic or clinical doctorate), earned CCC-SLP, 3+ years' experience working with SLP academic programs, strong administrative skill set, and demonstrated commitment to student success. Preferred qualifications include an established research agenda or plan (including but not limited to previous publications, grant funding, and/or presentations at conferences), and experience with online teaching, admissions processes, and student mentorship.

Advancement Operations Manager in Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Administration, the Advancement Operations Manager provides strong operational and administrative support to the Advancement department, developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce the Pepperdine mission. The Advancement Operations Manager will assist with the execution of Advancement events, including holiday parties, monthly all-staff meetings, annual retreats, bi-annual bell ringings, and other celebrations. This position will find ways to recognize Advancement staff and promote a positive work environment. This position will assist with transactional human resources processes for the department, including assisting with onboarding and offboarding, hiring best practices, updating job descriptions, and filling out employee action request forms. The individual in this role will also manage the third-floor shared mailroom and break rooms, ensuring that all communal areas are well-maintained and appropriately supplied.

Assistant Director of Admission in Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director of Admission manages personnel, oversees admission counselor territories and recruitment travel planning, and serves on a variety of other committees. The Assistant Director of Admission supervises admission counselors, including but not limited to, goal setting, strategies, and cultivating a thriving working culture. This position has a direct role in shaping the admitted class and determining and executing enrollment goals for Seaver College. They are responsible for cultivating brand awareness and volume at the top of the recruitment funnel. This position directly supports Goals 2, 4, and 5 of the strategic plan by attracting mission-fit applicants from diverse communities who see the value of a Pepperdine investment. Attention to counseling students about college access and fit with the university's many offerings enhance customer service and student satisfaction, forming alumni who will in turn expand the Pepperdine family on a global scale.

The Associate Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. The individual will be responsible for executing on the Athletics Advancement strategic plan in collaboration with the Athletics and broader Advancement team, as well as other key staff and coaches in the athletics department This individual is responsible for securing transformative philanthropic investments ranging from $100K to $1M+ and overseeing annual fundraising efforts, both in support of the Athletics Director’s key fundraising priorities. Through strategic vision and leadership, the Associate Athletics Director for Development will elevate the department’s fundraising efforts, fostering meaningful donor partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience.
