Manage financial functions involved in Foundation operations including accounting, budgeting, gift recording, and investment administration. Plan, develop and refine operating procedures and computerized systems for financial reporting. Monitor, review and document Foundation financial transactions for compliance with accounting principles, University or Foundation policies, federal circulars and Internal Revenue Service rules and regulations. Prepare the Foundation's financial statements, income tax return, revenue projections of Foundation endowments and expenditure projections for special projects.

Responsible for project administration on new construction, renovation and maintenance projects. Duties shall include providing all phases of project management including design (schematic to final), estimates, bidding, construction administration/coordination and post construction warranty issues.

Teach 12 credits per semester, teaching undergraduate and possibly online graduate literacy education courses, and other related English or Literacy courses as needed. Teach in the School of Education with classes in the Subject of Education including the following: Elementary Reading Instruction II (An in-depth consideration and extension of the content provided in Reading Instruction I. An examination of diagnostic techniques, introduction of reading subject matter materials and a practicum experience.); Literature For Young Adults (A comprehensive study of books for young adults, designed for secondary school teachers. Needs and interests of adolescents are studied in conjunction with the application of selection principles to fiction and nonfiction of all types. Emphasis is placed on developmental reading for the accelerated, the average and the reluctant student.); Language Arts Methods and Materials for Elementary Teachers; (Survey of theories, research, strategies and programs for teaching the language arts and integrating them throughout the elementary school curriculum. A predetermined number of practicum hours in the elementary school are required); Elementary Reading Instruction I; (Study of the theories, processes, and strategies for teaching and assessing reading with a focus on emergent literacy and reading in the primary grades. A predetermined number of practicum hours in the elementary school are required.); Elementary Reading Instruction II; (An in-depth consideration and extension of the content provided in Reading Instruction I.
