| The Director of Law Enforcement provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the College's Municipal Police Training Academy (MPOETC) certified police academy and associated law enforcement training classes. This position ensures the academy maintains full compliance with Pennsylvania MPOETC standards and regulations. The Director supervises all aspects of law enforcement program operations, including curriculum delivery, instructor and staff hiring and evaluation, budget management, facility management, and student success.
Responsibilities include developing internal/external partnerships; evaluating program delivery and recommending modifications based on trends, technology, and needs assessments; conducting research and analyzing information; developing program communications. Manage and provide leadership and supervision of staff, and provide staff development opportunities. Ensure alignment of policies, procedures, classes and programs with HACC's Strategic Plan and compliance with Middle States standards. |
