Associate Dean, School of Business, Technology and Industry Multiple campus locations
The Associate Dean reports to the Executive Dean and works closely with and support assigned faculty and staff within their unit in the School of Business, Technology and Industry. The Associate Dean will ensure that assigned academic and instructional services are of high quality, effective for student learning and responsive to the college and community. The Associate Dean will support the Executive Dean with the School’s unit planning, program evaluation, identifying new program initiatives, development of funding sources such as grants, outreach, enrollment management and interdisciplinary initiatives. The Associate Dean will participate in the shared governance of the college; and contribute positively to HACC's intellectual and collegial atmosphere. The Associate Dean represents the unit in institutional activities and initiatives, works with colleagues from other educational organizations, businesses and community organizations. Under the direction of the Executive Dean, the Dean provides leadership and oversight for Business and Computer disciplines within the School of Business, Technology, and Industry. The Associate Dean has first-line responsibilities for all employees within their assigned area, contributes to the unit's annual budget planning, manages assigned budgets, and oversees the development of the unit schedule and the class assignment of faculty, staff, and faculty evaluations. The Associate Dean facilitates the development of new programs and the ongoing assessment of existing programs and curricula.

Workforce Development Instructor (WFD) - Community Arts Education Instructor Multiple campus locations
Workforce Development Community Arts Education Instructors are hired to teach a variety of community education arts courses as needed. This includes but is not limited to courses such as ceramics, creative writing, dance, jewelry making, language, photography, etc.

This position applies basic specialized knowledge in the areas of compensation, benefits, and employee records to support professional staff and daily operations in the Office of Human Resources in an inclusive environment to support the College mission and strategic plan.
Coordinator, Workforce Development Lancaster, PA, York, PA, Harrisburg, PA
The position serves as the local representative within a region with responsibility for building strategic relationships with industry, government agencies, not-for-profits, educational institutions, and other organizations. The position focuses on identifying, building and maintaining external relations within the assigned region. Duties include identifying customized training options reflecting the latest trends and employer needs and liaising with internal partners for delivery. This position works closely with employers to identify and validate skills and competencies for training programs and assessments that align with industry needs.
