| The College of Engineering and Technology at Ferris State University seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants for a full-time, tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor of Architecture & Facility Management position. Applicants with specific expertise in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply: teaching a systems integration studio; BIM software, specifically Revit; architectural detailing, construction materials, and/or advanced building systems; and sustainable design. Preference will be given to candidates who show an interest in and aptitude for marketing an academic program through online advertising campaigns, social media, high school and community college visits, summer camps, or other appropriate channels. Teaching may include undergraduate and graduate courses. Candidates are expected to foster a meaningful learning experience for our students, faculty are expected to be student-oriented, advise, and integrate current technology into the learning environment. Additionally, faculty will participate in collaborative efforts to foster curricular efforts, participate in assessment of student learning, and further develop programmatic enhancement.
Off-campus and online teaching may be required. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's Campuses. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site. Tenure awarded at a previous institution is required to be hired at the rank of Associate Professor. The anticipated start date of this position is August of 2026 at the earliest and January of 2027 at the latest. |

| The School of Education seeks candidates to teach on a semester-by-semester, as needed basis, in the areas of elementary and secondary education. The instructor is expected to use high-quality instructional strategies, integrate theory and practice, and support student success in coursework and clinical experiences. Candidates must be available to teach in person (main or other campuses) or synchronously online during the hours of 9 am- 5 pm, with occasional evening courses. This is a pooled position. One or more candidates may be hired as needed to teach courses on a semester-by-semester basis. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's Campuses or approved FSU sites. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site.
