| Library Security Assistants work primarily during the evenings with security coverage present Sunday through Thursday. A uniform shirt is provided and required during their shift. Library Security Assistants play a key role in fostering a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment within the FLITE building. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring activity throughout the facility, identifying and reporting safety concerns, and responding effectively to emergencies. In addition to ensuring the security of patrons and property, Library Security Assistants are expected to provide exceptional customer service to support a positive library experience for all visitors. |
