Reporting to the Executive Director of Auxiliary Services, the manager ensures operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement through professional development, while working extended hours during the golf season to meet operational demands. Required: Member of PGA of America who has completed the organization's Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program, meeting all its education and playing ability requirements or Bachelor’s degree in Professional Golf Management, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field. Class “A” PGA member in good standing. Three years of recent, demonstrated experience as an Assistant/Head Golf Professional and/or Director of Golf. Experience should include progressive/increased levels of responsibility and authority, demonstrated experience in the development of golf activities, managing staff and in delivering golf instruction to all age groups |
