The incumbent is responsible for providing expert financial aid counseling and guidance to students and families regarding financial aid eligibility, cost of attendance, borrowing and debt management, and related matters. The position requires maintaining a high level of expertise in institutional, state, and federal financial aid regulations and programs, with the ability to communicate complex financial aid concepts effectively to a diverse range of constituents, including students, parents and families, faculty and staff, and executive leadership. The incumbent develops, implements, and manages policies, procedures, and processes that ensure the effective and compliant administration and distribution of financial aid resources. This role focuses on leveraging operational efficiencies and maximizing available funds to support institutional enrollment goals, student recruitment and retention, and overall student success. The university will not assist with any F1 EAD’s, OPT, H1B, etc.
Degree Works Specialist	Big Rapids, MI 49307
Primary responsibilities include programming for Ferris' degree audit platform, MyDegree (Degree Works by Ellucian). This position scribes curricular changes, generates reports, reviews curriculum proposals, and provides customer service related to MyDegree. This is a full-time, continuing position. The selected candidate for this position must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer assistance or sponsorship now or in the future. The university will not assist with any F-1 EADs, OPT, H-1 B, etc. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency.

The College of Health Professions at Ferris State University seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants to provide direct clinical supervision and instruction to students in the Baccalaureate Degree Nursing program, as assigned within acute care or community clinical settings. This is an hourly position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's Campuses or approved FSU sites, including clinical sites. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site. The anticipated start date of this position is August 2026 at the earliest and January 2027 at the latest. However, these are estimated dates and can be revised if needed. The selected candidate for this position must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer assistance or sponsorship now or in the future.
