| Under the direction of the Purchasing and Accounts Payable manager, manage purchase orders and contracts, verifying required documentation, and perform contract management. Solicit requests for proposals (RFP) to provide goods and services to the University. Evaluate vendors, costs, and services to obtain optimal value for the University. Identify opportunities for cost improvement on the goods and services procured by the University. Serve as a trainer for Purchasing modules and other training sessions as assigned. Manage spend data and related reports. Work with team members to optimize processes, forms and training materials. The selected candidate for this position must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer assistance or sponsorship now or in the future. The university will not assist with any F-1 EADs, OPT, H1B, etc. Offers are determined based on a review of the candidate's qualifications, including education, training, experience, and internal pay equity considerations. Placement within the range will generally be based on the following factors: Entry-Range: Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and core requirements of the position. Mid-Range: Candidates with three or more years of directly related professional experience and demonstrate proficiency in the key responsibilities of the role. Upper Range: Candidates with seven or more years of directly related experience, advanced knowledge, specialized skills, certifications, or expertise that provide significant value to the position. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's overall qualifications, experience, and alignment with the University's compensation philosophy in consultation with Human Resources. |

Title IX Deputy Coordinator

| The Title IX (Deputy Coordinator) reports to the Title IX Coordinator Administrator and supports the University’s coordinated compliance with Title IX and related University policies. The Deputy Coordinator serves as the operational deputy for day-to-day response and case administration, including intake, supportive measures, investigations, informal resolution support, records management, education, prevention, and campus outreach. Working under the direction of the Title IX Coordinator, the Deputy Coordinator helps ensure that reports are addressed promptly, equitably, impartially, and with care; that parties understand available resources and resolution options; and that University partners across all locations receive consistent guidance. The position exercises independent judgment within delegated authority and may act on behalf of the Title IX Coordinator when assigned or when the Coordinator is unavailable. The Title IX Coordinator retains primary responsibility and final authority for University-wide Title IX compliance, policy interpretation, formal complaint determinations, and oversight of grievance processes. Part Time Assistant Volleyball Coach

| Assist in planning and organizing all phases of a top Division II volleyball program, including developing student-athletes on and off the court, match preparation, coordinating team travel, fundraising, and community involvement. Assist the head coach in all aspects of the program. Must be able to travel with the team and for recruiting. Be an integral part of an exciting, passionate volleyball program. This is a part-time position, and the work hours are limited to no more than 28 hours per week. | A position classified as a Custodian is available in facilities. The normal working hours are 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday. However, may be required to work other times, including days/evenings and/or weekends. If required by job duties, employee must be able to fulfill the University’s requirements concerning issuance and use of University keys. Personnel who possess the special qualifications and training necessary for this position may apply. This is an AFSCME bargaining unit position. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Valid driver's license. Custodial/Janitorial work experience in a commercial-hospital-school environment, in a commercial cleaning service, or completion of the Ferris State University JANUS (custodial) training. Demonstrated experience with correct operation of a variety of commercial custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaner, automatic scrubber, high speed burnisher, single disc scrubber, carpet extraction/shampoo equipment, or other essential or similar custodial equipment. |
