Job Summary: |
The Associate Director, Campus Engagement and Visit Experience leads the full campus visit and yield event operation, the point at which admitted students most often decide to enroll. The position brings tours, information sessions, open houses, and yield events under a single owner, with attention to the quality and consistency of the visitor experience and to the data that links visits to deposits. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Admissions, the Associate Director leads the campus engagement strategy and supervises the staff who support it, with the goal of raising yield among admitted students. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, campus visit programs, event management, student services, or a related field, including:
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |

Preferred Qualification: |
Valid driver’s license and a pattern of responsibility consistent with safe and responsible driving practices. |
|

Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required |

Travel: |
Occasional overnight travel may be required(10% or less) |

Driving a personal vehicle for non-passenger use preferred |

Starting Salary/Rate: |
Expected hiring range: $71,500 - $89,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting. |
