The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Coach for Women’s Ice Hockey are to assist the Head Coach in the management and administration of a Division I Women’s Hockey program. The core responsibilities of the Assistant Coach are to recommend, implement and execute a successful recruiting philosophy and strategy to ensure student-athletes are committed and engaged academically, athletically, and socially. In addition, the Assistant Coach is responsible for preparing student-athletes both on and off the ice with instruction of an academic and personal nature. The Assistant Coach will also serve as coordinator for position-specific players and will assist in the development of all position players.

The Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse provides coaching, recruiting, and administrative support to the Head Coach in all aspects of the Women's Lacrosse program. This position assists with planning and conducting practices and competitions, instructing and mentoring student-athletes, identifying and recruiting qualified prospective student-athletes, supporting academic success, and promoting student-athlete development on and off the field.
