The Assistant Director for Student Success and Belonging is responsible for providing leadership and direction of Student Success initiatives. The Assistant Director collaborates with other areas within the Division of the Student Experience and across the Institute to advance efforts to foster the academic success of students. The Assistant Director provides leadership in developing and implementing programs and policies, which support the Institute’s vision for the recruitment, matriculation, success, and graduation of students who require assistance in bridging the gap between high school and the academic rigors of college. |
