| The Assistant Director of Assessment works in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) with a primary focus on fostering a culture of assessment and continuous quality improvement efforts among faculty and administration. The Assistant Director will provide ongoing assistance and training to faculty and staff on best practices in assessment to improve student learning and program effectiveness. The Assistant Director will play a key role in coordinating the assessment of general education (core outcomes). The Assistant Director will additionally develop, administer, analyze and report on surveys is a central aspect of this role.
