Computer Scientist III, S4 Alabama
The Computer Scientist III, Step 4, will provide geospatial and information technology assistance and specialization support to the Office of Data Science and Informatics (ODSI) Project Office at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) within the Lab for Applied Science (LAS) under the Earth System Science Center (ESSC) at The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). NASA's Office of Data Science and Informatics (ODSI) Project Office monitors trends and progressions across the informatics, data science, and information technology communities in order to inform strategy and develop effective solutions for Earth science data management and dissemination. Additionally, the ODSI Project Office provides a broad user perspective as to how NASA Earth science data and information are represented and communicated. The ODSI project fosters cross-community collaborations in order to improve all phases of the Earth science data life cycle, including processes, policies, engineering, and information communication.
Research Associate I, Step 1 Alabama
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Associate to support ongoing and emerging projects in artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced analytics. This position focuses on researching, designing, and developing AI-driven software solutions tailored to industry-specific applications. The AI Research Associate will work under the supervision of the Project Lead, and will be responsible for producing high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals and timelines.
Group Fitness Instructor Alabama
The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing appropriate group exercise and quality fitness instruction for University Fitness Center members, to include students, faculty, staff, community members, and participants.
Principal Research Scientist III, S2 Alabama
The Principal Research Scientist III will perform funded research. The incumbent will also serve as the IT and cybersecurity SME for SAP and SCI programs at PEO M&S.
Principal Research Engineer IV, S2 Alabama
The Principal Research Engineer will provide advanced software engineering, and project management expertise in direct support of aviation platforms. The role focuses on developing reconfigurable emulated hardware and software to replicate aviation cockpit and cabin interfaces, enabling requirements analysis and lifecycle sustainment. The candidate will lead agile software development teams, manage technical requirements, ensure delivery of high-quality modeling and simulation solutions, while driving innovation through close collaboration with program stakeholders and partners.
